• Head of management & administration
• Member of Board of Directors
• Drive vision, mission & strategy
• Conduct board & review meetings

• Oversee services & HR development
B. Eligibility criteria
• Graduate (preferred)
• Banking qualification (CAIIB/Diploma/equivalent) OR
• CA / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) OR
• Postgraduate in any discipline
C. Tenure, Remuneration and Allowances
• 5-year term (extendable)
• Retirement age: 70
• Fixed + performance-based pay
• Leave & travel as per rules
